Len McDonnell

Managing Director

Len is the company's Managing Director and nominated registered builder. A highly experienced builder, Len's been in the building industry since leaving school at the age of 16. He holds a Ordinary National Diploma in Building, a Higher National Certificate in Building and has been a member of the Professional Chartered Institute of Builders (UK) for over 15 years.

Len's experience as a builder in Western Australia has been gained by working as a registered builder in the South West, Perth and the Pilbara for the last 8 years. Len has successfully managed over 200 new home building projects, undertaken many residential house extensions, renovations and completed various commercial projects and government contracts.

Aristi McDonnell

Company Secretary

Prior to arriving in Australia over 8 years ago, Aristi together with her husband Len ran a successful construction company in the UK. The heart and soul of daily operations, based in our Perth office, Aristi's forte lies in the company's administration and financial's. All orders and invoices are dealt with by Aristi, so if you need to be paid - be nice, and if you haven't paid us - watch out!

Helen Farrell

General Manager for the Pilbara

Don't let Helen's broad accent lead you to believe any of the Irish stereotypes, she's one smart and highly qualified cookie. Prior to joining LMCD, Helen was awarded her National Certificate in Technology in Furniture Design and Manufacturing and spent 3 years working in the industry as a cabinet maker. Successful in gaining a Diploma in AutoCAD, she spent 2 ½ years drafting and setting out for a shop fitting company in Perth. Helen also worked with an Architect involved in residential drafting and many other aspects of the building industry. Prior to taking up her full-time position in the company's office in Port Hedland she was responsible for the coordination and procurement of the company's building activities in Perth.

Morden O'Hare

Building Design and Drafting

Morden aka Arcadia Building Design is an award winning new home designer who has extensive experience in designing and drafting homes all around Australia. From Albany to Broome, Melbourne to Brisbane and anywhere in between, when it comes to the design and drafting of housing and the various construction methods and materials, there is little that Morden hasn't done.

Stephen Twohig

Site Supervisor

Stephen has been with LMCD Construction based in Port Hedland for over two years. As Site Supervisor, he supervises all LMCD residential building sites in South Hedland and Port Hedland. Plus, he's pretty nifty at controlling and scheduling all the building materials so construction of LMCD new homes runs smoothly, on-time and on-budget.

Bree Malatesta

Customer Support & Office Administrator

Bree is probably the person you'll speak to the most and you'll always be greeted with the same big warm smile. If you need some help, talk to Bree, she's the 'go to' person for all our customers and suppliers. Just read what some of our customers say about our support, its something we're very proud of. Back to Bree - she's also a pretty good catch (at all the administration activities thrown at her that is).

Domenic Barbuzza

Site Manager

Domenic is another of LMCD's qualified carpenters in Port Hedland. Plus, he's the company's Occupational Health & Safety Representative. He too has bought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company and the building projects he works on. You don't work in an industry for over 20 years and not learn a thing or two. Domenic, also the leading hand supervisor uses his knowledge well and is regarded a bit of a perfectionist in his trade.

Dale Herrod

Site Manager

Dale came to us from Queensland, where he had his own "Low Rise Builders Registration" for many years. His carpentry skills and experience in building homes is second to none. We're sure glad he's over here, on this side of the country, building quality new homes in for LMCD.

Sharyn Herrrod

Contract Administrator

Sharyn joined the LMCD team in preparation for all the planned in Tom Price. Sharyn is dedicated to ensuring all our clients selections and contract procurement runs smoothly and efficently.

Louis Tomas

3rd Year Apprentice Carpenter

Currently nearing the completion of his Carpentry Apprenticeship, Louis has recently joined LMCD bringing youth and enthusiasm to the team. With an attitude like his, he's sure to be a success. Its great to see Louis develop his carpentry skills and most importantly his desire to become one of the best in his field.
