Everyone benefits; our clients and our suppliers, when sub-contractors and suppliers are motivated, paid on-time and guaranteed long-term work under the LMCD branding. And many of our suppliers have worked in conjunction with LMCD, since our evolution into the Pilbara four years ago.

All of our suppliers and sub-contractors are based in the town where the house is being built. This avoids the inconsistency of fly-in / fly-out trades persons disrupting the sequential construction process.
