Back in May 2011, the Department of Housing in partnership with Jaxon released new residential blocks of land in South Hedland under “South Hedland New Living”.
The South Hedland New Living – Urban Renewal Project is the largest urban renewal initiative ever undertaken in regional Western Australia. The project is transforming South Hedland into a desirable residential address for the community that supports our state’s most important industries.
LMCD are privileged to have built / building 16 of the new lots released in the South Hedland land ballot mid last year. We would all have to agree; South Hedland has an exciting future and much to offer us -- its residents.
We’re very proud to call South Hedland home.

LMCD are pleased to have recently handed over two new homes once again in 12 weeks from start to finish. Our General Manager, Helen Farrell handed over the keys to Scott Messer of Lot 241 Lapwing Way and Thomas Holden of Lot 260 Kennedy Street.
Scott and Thomas signed up for our “Complete Turnkey Packages” and their new homes included all the external concrete hard standings, cyclonic fencing and landscaping. Both worked hard to pick all their interior and exterior fittings and fixtures from our Selections document at an early stage of the building process, which made scheduling and ordering everything much easier.
LMCD would like to thank Scott and Thomas for their prompt payments and we wish them well in their new homes.

Big thanks to Hayden Crawford from Crawford Realty, who in addition to recently selling all three units in LMCD's Acacia Way Property Development, Hayden has now received full asking price offers for all four of the units in our newest property development currently under construction on the corner of Brodie Crescent and Beacon Close, South Hedland.
This South Hedland new property development is due to be completed during February 2012.
LMCD's own new property development in Acacia Way, South Hedland consists of 3 brand new 4 bedroom x 2 bathroom homes. All 3 homes have now been sold off the plan before a shovel has even been put in the ground.
The amazing house designs by Dean Muller (LMCD's in-house designer) maximised the site's opportunity and some excellent property marketing by Hayden Crawford of Crawford Realty enabled LMCD to achieve the full asking price of $949,000 for all 3 houses. Big thanks to all parties involved. The three new homes will be completed and handed over to their new owners during March 2012.
For any prospectus buyers who are looking to buy property in the Hedland area and missed out on the Acacia Way development, LMCD have 2 new homes for sale in our property development of 4 new homes on the corner of Brodie Crescent and Beacon Close in South Hedland.
