"When LMCD told me they could have my house built in 12 weeks, I didn't believe them, and was sceptical, until I saw it with my own eyes. True to their word, LMCD constructed me an amazingly high quality home in a superfast 12 weeks. There was nothing for me to do on completion other than move right in.

All of the final touches were included in the price so there were no additional costs on completion for things that I hadn't even given a second thought to, such as the TV antenna, letterbox, clothesline, a water connection for my fridge, flyscreens and cyclone screens on the windows.

I am totally satisfied with my new home, and for LMCD to make the process so easy for me was a huge weight off my shoulders, when I didn't have time to worry about the build. Further to this, their after build service was huge, even offering to help with the fitment of appliances such as my dishwasher after construction completion.

"Building a house is certainly an extremely stressful experience, had it not been for Helen, I don't know how I would have gotten through it. Helen is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of building and was always exceptionally willing to not only address any concerns I had, but to also explain in detail (and in layman terms) the things I didn't understand.

Helen also provided additional advice and information on items such as fencing even though we opted to construct that ourselves.
