Building a House in Karratha

After recent expansion into the Karratha residential housing market, LMCD has now completed its second prestigious brick veneer home in the area.

Both homes are situated in Brushtail Street in the Baynton West area at Lots 16 and 17. The first of these two homes was uniquely constructed using Meteor Stones reconstituted limestone walls and boasts a beautifully styled outdoor kitchen Porcelain tiles throughout the house. The second home built in Karratha was constructed, this time using Midland Brick 2 course Manor Range - Tammin (Colour). In addition, it has a beautiful cedar lined outdoor living area and full height floor to ceiling tiling in all wet areas.

Both of these building projects In Karratha have enabled LMCD to gain valuable knowledge and built strong relationships with local Karratha subcontractors and suppliers and enabled LMCD to commit to future tenders and projects in the Karratha area.

The first home was finished within 16 weeks of commencement and the latter, allowing for the Christmas shut-down period approximately 20 weeks.
